About
With a compassionate desire to create a safe space for people of all abilities to practice yoga and find community, The Yoga Loft was born. There is a notable gentleness about The Yoga Loft, as people often enter with a deep sign and big smile.
The Yoga Loft stands on the belief that yoga is for every body. We often remind our students to not let the tightness and tenderness in our bodies be barriers in our practice, but to be reminds to move a little slower, stay a little longer, and to offer extra love to ourselves.
Find classes to suit different styles, workshops to deepen your asana practice, and events to come together as a community.

Karen
YOGA TEACHER / OWNER
Yoga has been a steady guide for me through many of life’s challenges, helping me find clarity, resilience, and a sense of grounding when things get busy. Teaching is one of my greatest joys, and I’m excited to help others experience the healing and balancing power of this practice. In my classes, I focus on building strength and flexibility while encouraging presence, awareness, and compassion for the self. I believe that when we slow down and reconnect with our breath, we gain perspective and remember what truly matters.
I love creating a supportive, welcoming space where students can grow, explore their practice, and feel empowered both on and off the mat. I’m grateful to share this journey with you and look forward to practicing together.

Tracy W.
YOGA TEACHER
I have been teaching yoga for ten years in person and online. I formally trained at yoga school for five years and remain a lifelong student of the teachings: they are simple yet sophisticated. My passion for the practice inspires me to share its magic: the breath, the movement, the philosophy, the lifestyle. It is a gift to experience the energy from participants as they glow and grow their curiosity, opening themselves to the therapeutic mind/body support yoga offers. For those willing to roll out their mat with me, classes will be tailored to your practice that day. Modifications will be offered for all levels, allowing you to tune in and listen to what your body seeks. I invite you to meet yourself on your mat and discover - all you seek is within.
