You’re invited to rest and receive in this 2-hour, soul-soothing workshop with The Loom Studio. Designed to calm the nervous system and restore the body’s natural ability to heal, process, and respond, this unique offering blends the long-held postures of Yin Yoga with the gentle, intuitive, healing energy of Reiki.
