Class Descriptions
Restorative
Restorative is a slow paced, passive style of yoga focusing on rest and stillness. Often using props, poses are held for longer with with little to no effort, allowing the whole body to find ease.
Gentle
Gentle is a slower hatha yoga, sometimes using props to offer a gentleness to some postures. Allowing you time to slow down and listen intently to your body. This tends to be a “low and slow” kind of class.
Hatha
Hatha is a tradition style of yoga, focusing on mindfulness and movement. It can be practiced at a slower pace and some postures are held for longer than other styles of yoga.
Sculpt
Using weights and a ball, we move through fitness style sequences to challenge our bodies. Find your edge in each shape!
Vinyasa
Link breath to movement with this faster paced style of yoga. Enjoy creative and heat building sequences.
Yang/Yin
Yang/Yin finds balance between two styles of yoga, bringing dynamic movement and passively held poses together to round out your practice.
Slow Flow
Stay a little longer, go a little deeper. Our slow flow classes take you through a slower paced vinyasa, allowing you time to be with your body, to be with your breath.
Hatha Level 2
Explore and workshop more challenging shapes and guided meditation to finish off each class. This class is intermediate level. Not sure if you’re there yet? Come with a sense of play and find out!
