Class Descriptions
Restorative
Restorative is a slow paced, passive style of yoga focusing on rest and stillness. Often using props, poses are held for longer with with little to no effort, allowing the whole body to find ease.
Gentle
Gentle is a slower hatha yoga, sometimes using props to offer a gentleness to some postures. Allowing you time to slow down and listen intently to your body. This tends to be a “low and slow” kind of class.
Hatha
Hatha is a tradition style of yoga, focusing on mindfulness and movement. It can be practiced at a slower pace and some postures are held for longer than other styles of yoga.
Pilates
Focus on core strength, posture, and body awareness through controlled movements with mat pilates.
Yoga Sculpt
Using weights and a ball, we move through fitness style sequences to challenge our bodies. Find your edge in each shape!
Barre
A little bit of ballet, a little bit of pilates, and a touch of yoga, enjoy this low-impact, full body exercise. No dance experience needed!
Vinyasa
Link breath to movement with this faster paced style of yoga. Enjoy creative and heat building sequences.
Yang/Yin
Yang/Yin finds balance between two styles of yoga, bringing dynamic movement and passively held poses together to round out your practice.
Yin
Stay a little longer, go a little deeper. Our yin class is about finding your edge and lingering there, turning inward and finding peace.
Yogalates
Where pilates and yoga meet. Bring stretch and strength together for a fun and active practice.
