  • Angel

    STUDIO OWNER + YOGA TEACHER

As a mother and an artist, I love to bring gentleness and play into my yoga classes, and reminding you to listen your body’s wisdom by tuning in and honouring your needs each practice.

  • Tracy W.

    YOGA TEACHER

I have been teaching yoga for ten years in person and online. I formally trained at yoga school for five years and remain a lifelong student of the teachings: they are simple yet sophisticated. My passion for the practice inspires me to share its magic: the breath, the movement, the philosophy, the lifestyle. It is a gift to experience the energy from participants as they glow and grow their curiosity, opening themselves to the therapeutic mind/body support yoga offers. For those willing to roll out their mat with me, classes will be tailored to your practice that day. Modifications will be offered for all levels, allowing you to tune in and listen to what your body seeks. I invite you to meet yourself on your mat and discover - all you seek is within.

  • Janet

    YOGA TEACHER

Hello, I’m Janet! I’m a lawyer by day and a yoga instructor by night. I have been a yoga instructor since 2013 and taught in a hot yoga studio in Toronto. I recently moved to Kingston and am looking forward to spreading the gift of yoga in this community. As a lawyer, yoga has been instrumental in helping me regulate my stress levels and find balance in my life. My goal is to help students find moments of calm in their hectic day, and to encourage taking principles of yoga from the mat into every day life. See you in the studio!

  • Marie Leung

    YOGA TEACHER

Hi, I’m Marie!  My background training started with Baptiste style Power Yoga but over the years I’ve come to appreciate the importance of balance with additional trainings in Yin Yoga, Restorative and Thai Massage.  Whether in flow style or restorative yoga classes, I would be honoured to offer you space for mind/body connection, a nervous system reset, and a retreat from the chaos of the daily grind.

  • Krista

    YOGA TEACHER

Yoga naturally found me, however I was resistant to fully let go and allow all the wonderful teachings of yoga. It wasn't until August 2024 that I decided to take a yoga teacher training under the wonderful guidance of Gillian Brown at Immerse Spa( now Studio 330).
During the pandemic I found yoga again and made it my own by regularly practicing.
I have always loved moving in different ways; it can be therapeutic and adaptable to what you need at the time.
With a background in personal training, Pilates and general fitness my classes included a variety of movements to invigorate and rejuvenate the mind and body.
I am currently working out of Frontenac Chiropractic and Sports Rehab as a Registered Massage Therapist and Mobility Specialist.
I am currently working on taking a course in Yoga Nidra: a nervous system practice to help regulate the nervous system.I also hope to learn more about the breath, and the use of the core as a full body function.
Yoga has taught me that I can always come back to myself for peace and grounding and that's what I hope to teach and encourage students: that we can move with strength and ease in body and mind.
