Beginner Yoga Series


Take things slow while we break down the basics of hatha yoga over the course of 4 weeks. Learn ways to modify and support your individual body through each shape and transition, with a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion.

What to bring?

Yoga mat and water.

What to wear?

Loose fitting and/or comfortable clothing.

When?

Every Thursday evening in March from 6-7PM.

Cost?

$70 for series.
