Yoga Nidra

An introduction workshop for nervous system regulation and stress management. 

This 45 minute class will introduce you to what Yoga Nidra is and techniques to incorporate daily or through difficult times to manage stress and well being. 
Expect: a restorative practice, and learn about interceptive awareness through a guided session.

*For your information: yoga nidra can be a powerful practice for wellbeing and mental health, however some side effects may include feelings of overwhelm and anxiety.
